At bestfurniturehome we want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. In addition to your Consumer Guarantees, should you change your mind for any reason we will happily refund or exchange your purchase providing the following conditions have been met:
- The items are not designated “FINAL SALE” at time of purchase
- The items are returned within 30 days of receiving your order
- Items purchased between November 15 and December 27 have up to 60 days to be returned
- Items must be in original condition as purchased with no personalisation
- All original labels/tickets are attached
- Garments must not have been worn
Exchanges are permitted on variants of a similar in stock style subject to JAGGAD’s discretion.
Any amount refunded will be the effective price paid when purchasing the garment excluding shipping. For items purchased as multi-buy or discounted bundle (eg 2 items for $200) the discount value will applied to each item on a pro-rata value basis across the entire order. For items received as a bonus or complimentary item, they must also be returned with the respective qualifying item or items in order for a full refund to be applied or instead a discretionary discount may be applied. If you have any questions or based on individual circumstances would like a review of your refund amount under this policy, please contact bestfurniturehome Customer Service after your initial refund has been applied. Refund corrections for partially refunded orders will be based on fair play approach by comparing the remainder of items not refunded with the original order terms ie what would have been charged for the remainder of items if only those items were purchased originally, taking into account any qualifying minimum order values and free shipping thresholds.
Please note refunds or exchanges are not available on any product that has been personalised, unless the product is faulty.
In order to return an item please follow these simple steps:
- Click on our return portal below
- Select the items you’d like to return
- Choose your method of return
- Download your return shipping label
- Package up your items in their original condition with tags still attached
- Post the item back to us via any Australia Post or your nearest Parcel Point
All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by bestfurniturehome. Refer to delivery rates above for cost of return labels and exchange shipping fees. Only returns lodged and approved via our returns portal can be accepted.
For any items missing from your shipment, please contact customer service for investigation.
Provided the conditions in our refund & exchange policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.
FAULTY GOODS & ITEMS NOT AS DESCRIBED
The Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”) protects consumers by giving them certain guaranteed rights when they buy goods and services. For example, the Law requires that goods must be free of defects and do what they are meant to do. Services must be carried out with care and skill. These rights, which the Law says automatically apply whenever goods or services are supplied to a consumer, are called ‘Consumer Guarantees’.
Under the Law, these Consumer Guarantees cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of “acceptable quality” and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Consumer Guarantees have no set time limit but generally last for an amount of time that is reasonable to expect given factors including the cost and quality of the product or any representations made.
